Meta ads for contractors

Getting leads from Facebook and Instagram

Do Facebook and Instagram ads work for contractors?

They can, when the campaign is built around one job type, aimed at homeowners in the area you actually serve, and uses real photos and video of your work. The ad brings the lead. What happens in the first hour decides whether it becomes a job.

Why one job type per campaign?

A roof replacement, a storm damage repair and a gutter job are three different offers to three different homeowners. Mixing them in one ad confuses the person reading it and the ad platform deciding who sees it.

Should I use my own photos and video?

Yes. Job site photos, before and after shots and phone video of your crew do better than stock images, because they show you actually do the work.

Why are my leads cheap but nothing books?

Usually it is one of two things: a form that lets anyone through, or slow follow-up. We tighten the form questions and fix response time before we spend more on ads.

Lead follow-up

Turning leads into booked jobs

Why do I need a follow-up system?

Most leads do not answer the first call. They are at work, on a ladder, or do not recognize the number. A set schedule of calls and texts at different times of day books leads that would otherwise get written off as junk.

How fast should a lead get a response?

As fast as possible. The first contractor to reach the homeowner usually frames the whole job. That is why an automatic text goes out the second a lead comes in, and the lead goes to a phone, not an email inbox.

When does follow-up stop?

When the homeowner books, says no, or the lead is genuinely dead. Not because someone got busy or tired of calling.

Should I buy leads from Angi or HomeAdvisor instead?

Those leads are sold to several contractors at once, so you compete on price the moment the phone rings. Your own ads bring leads that only go to you.

Working with us

What it costs and how we work

How much does it cost?

It depends on your market and how much work you want. We go over it on a quick call after the free audit.

Do I pay for ad spend separately?

Yes. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta, not to us.

What trades do you work with?

Contractors and home service businesses in general: roofing, siding, windows and doors, concrete, decks, remodeling, pools, epoxy floors, stucco, basement waterproofing, mold remediation, restoration, generators and more.

Do you do SEO, Google Ads or websites?

No. We only run Meta ads and follow-up for contractors. That focus is the point.
